Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove lock cylinder for steering lock
- Remove outside handle on left or right front door
- Release door lock screw connection
- Disengage inner door opener Bowden cable
- Remove lock cylinder with housing
- Remove control unit of electronic immobilizer
- Replace lock cylinder for steering column and handle on front door

For vehicles up to 09/2003:
Register both central keys for radio remote control in ZKE/general module.
