Note: The following process is to adjust the complete sunroof module to the body roof aperture.

Release headliner.

Note:
- The headliner only needs to be released and not removed from the vehicle.
- Front seats do not need to be removed.







Loosen 9 tolerance compensators (1).

1AZ Tolerance compensation bar
M6 x 25 5 Nm







Loosen bolts (1).

2AZ Mountings, front and middle
M6 x 15 5 Nm







Adjust height adjusters (1) to profile the sunroof.







Sunroof height to body:
Front - Flush to 1 mm deeper
Rear - Flush to 1 mm higher

Measure height of sunroof to body, at points (1).
Measurement (2) = 300 mm.
