Rear

Removing And Installing/replacing Rear Stabilizer
Remove road wheels.

Remove exhaust system.

Bleed brakes.





Disconnect brake pipes (1).
Rear brake pipe to hose connection 14 Nm

Release ABS wheel speed sensor from bracket.





Remove top stabilizer links (1) from stabilizer bar (2).
Rear anti-roll bar link to anti-roll bar
M10 x 1.5 nut 56 Nm
Note: Use once only.





Remove bolts (1) securing stabilizer bracket to rear axle carrier.
Anti-roll bar clamps to subframe
M8 19 Nm





Support rear axle carrier.

Remove both outer bolts (1) and both inner bolts (2) securing carrier to body.
Subframe to body (outer)
M12 x 1.5 132 100 Nm
Subframe to body (inner)
M12 x 1.5 66 100 Nm

Lower carrier and remove stabilizer.

Install hint:
Fit new stabilizer bar rubbers.

Bleed brakes.
