Fault Symptom Overview CBX-MEDIA + CBX-ECALL

Fault symptoms are available for the following problem groups:
- Telephone operation (insufficient voice quality, poor reception quality, ...)
- Bluetooth pairing and connection
- ConnectedDrive, TeleService, emergency call and services (online, internet)
- Telephone functions (phone book, contacts, SMS text message, expanded functions, ...)
- Charging the mobile phone, snap-in adapter
- CBX-MEDIA: Repair, programming, maintenance, pre-delivery check
- CBX-ECALL: Repair, programming, maintenance, pre-delivery check
- USB functions
- Active Voice Recognition (if installed)

General notes on the use of a mobile phone in the vehicle

- Current update versions of customer-initiated software updates can be accessed at the following Internet address: www.bmw.com/update or www.mini.com/connectivity
- With complex problems not shown in the compatibility matrix, switch off the mobile phone. If possible, remove the battery, wait for a short time, then switch it back on and reconnect it to the vehicle. Cause: Mobile phone software can crash or hang up.
