Procedure For Checking Complaints About The Chassis And Suspension

Notes on the procedure
- The procedure guides the user step by step through a fault tree. This is used for checking malfunctions, noises and observed impairments in the chassis and suspension and leads to a targeted rectification of the chassis- and suspension-related complaint.
- This procedure leads, for several complaints, to a wheel alignment with Kinematics Diagnosis System. The invoicing of a wheel alignment is in the scope of the warranty and is only possible after working through this procedure.
- In addition to the repair measure, a diagnosis code is also displayed, containing the result of the test. This code enables statistical evaluation of the diagnosis reports transferred via FASTA (Vehicle Operation and Service Data Transfer and Analysis).
