Emission Checklist Completion

1. Remove the EMR-92-009 emission checklist from the emission kit if you have not done so already.

2. Review the steps shown on the checklist.

3. Check the boxes next to the steps which you completed.

4. Fill in the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the appropriate boxes.

5. Sign the form and affix it to the repair order.
