PURPOSE
If a quarter panel trim clip is loose or missing, replace it with the new part described in this bulletin.
AFFECTED MODELS
All Eclipse models through September 1989. (The new clip has been used in production since October 1989.)

DESCRIPTION
The original trim clip used at the position shown in Figure 1 does not fully seat through the hole in the quarter trim and sheet metal. It can work up and, at times, completely out. The new clip is longer, and also has a wider shoulder. Replace the missing or loose clip with the new part.
