Fuel Supply Line: Description and Operation

PURPOSE/OPERATION
The fuel supply line delivers fuel from a high pressure electric fuel pump (mounted in the fuel tank), to the in-line fuel accumulator From the accumulator to the in-line fuel filter. It is then delivered to the fuel pressure regulator mounted on the fuel rail. The line is of steel construction and is fitted in place with conventional threaded pressure fittings.
