Neutral Safety Switch: Adjustments

1. Place selector lever in Neutral position.
2. Place manual control lever in Neutral position.

3. Rotate switch body so that manual control lever and switch body holes are aligned, Fig. 14.
4. Torque park/neutral position switch mounting bolts 7-9 ft. lbs. Do not drop switch body.

5. Loosen transaxle control cable nut and lightly pull end of cable as shown in Fig. 15.
6. Torque nut to 7-10 ft. lbs.
7. Ensure selector lever is in Neutral position.
8. Ensure selector lever operates on transaxle side in range which corresponds to each position of selector lever.
