WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
To be reimbursed for diagnosing and replacing a remanufactured automatic transmission, enter a normal "W" claim through the Diamond Network System. Be sure to enter the applicable warranty reman transaxle part number and the related labor operation on Line "A" of the claim. Most labor operation codes can be found in the Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual. Additional labor operation codes that apply to this program are identified in this bulletin.

Freight charges should not be claimed. Return shipment of the core to CRS is provided via the preprinted bill of lading included with the remanufactured unit.
