Oil Temperature Sensor

Oil Temperature Sensor Inspection:

1. Disconnect the Oil Temperature Sensor connector.
2. Measure the resistance between the Oil Temperature Sensor connector terminals.

Resistance
8.0 - 8.2 ohms at 68 ° F
0.57 - 0.69 ohms at 212 ° F

3. If the measured resistance does not match the value shown, replace the Oil Temperature Sensor.
