Summary:
Vehicle Description: Passenger vehicles. After the ignition key is turned off, the sunroof immediately stops when opening the driver's door. This meets the requirements of FMVSS No. 118, "Power-operated Window Systems." However, the sunroof does not stop when the passenger's door is opened.

The manufacturer is petitioning NHTSA for a determination that this matter is inconsequential with respect to motor vehicle safety. The manufacturer is not obligated to conduct an owner notification and remedy campaign until NHTSA has resolved that the matter is consequential.
