Actuator: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove the rear differential lock air pump and remove the air hose from the air pump.
2. Connect a pressure gage and air regulator, for adjusting the compressed air pressure to the air hose.

CAUTION: Do not apply a higher pressure.

3. Adjust the compressed air pressure with the air regulator until the pressure gage shows a pressure of approximately 35 kPa (5 psi).
4. Shut off the air valve.
5. If after approximately 10 minutes have passed, the pressure has dropped, it can be concluded that there is no leaking of air from the air hose, etc.
