Transponder Lock Check

TRANSPONDER LOCK CHECK
Follow the procedure below to judge if the ignition key can be overwritten (i.e. the ignition key is correct) or not.







1. Connect scan tool MB991502 to data link connector (16 pins).
2. Turn the ignition switch to "ON" position.







3. At "System Select," press "YES"







4. Select "Immobilizer," press "YES".







5. Select "Data list" press "YES".










6. Confirm "TP LOCK CHECK."
