INTRODUCTION
On some 2009 - 2011 Titan and 2010 - 2011 Armada vehicles, poor performance of two A/C door motors (Air Mix and Defroster) may result in air flow that does not match the selection on the A/C controls, and/or abnormal noise from the A/C system. To remedy this potential condition Nissan is conducting this voluntary service campaign to replace these door motors at no charge for parts or labor.
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
Nissan has assigned identification number PC090 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communications and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign.
DEALER RESPONSIBILITY
Dealers are to correct each vehicle falling within the range of this campaign that enters the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties or presented by transient (tourist) owners and vehicles in a dealer's inventory.
