Cylinder Head Bolt Removal Sequence - Diesel:

Cylinder Head Bolt Torque Sequence - Diesel:

Tighten cylinder head bolts in the sequence below:
1. Tighten main bolts to 59 - 78 Nm (43 - 58 ft lb).
2. Tighten sub bolts to 29 - 39 Nm (22 - 29 ft lb).
3. Tighten main bolts to 118 - 147 Nm (87 - 108 ft lb).
4. Tighten sub bolts to 49 - 64 Nm (36 - 47 ft lb).
