Lighting and Horns: Adjustments

Adjustment Screws:

Before adjusting headlights, observe the following:

1. Inflate tires to correct pressure.
2. Place car and tester on same flat surface.
3. Except for normal fluid levels, have no load in vehicle except driver (or equivalent weight placed in driver's position).
4. Consult regulations for your area.

Aiming Headlights:

Use approved aiming equipment or a wall screen. If neither is available, adjust aim as follows:

1. Turn on low beam.
2. Adjust so upper edge of hot spot (brightest area) is equal to headlamp height.
3. Consult image for proper set-up.
