Procedure D - Exhaust Manifold/Catalyst Inspection-Lower Surface:

NOTE:
If you have not done so already, disconnect the Front Exhaust Pipe From Exhaust Manifold/Catalyst. Refer to step 11 in Procedure C.





1. Inspect the entire catalyst lower surface condition as shown in Figure D1.

IMPORTANT:
Make sure you inspect the entire lower surface. You are looking for cracks or holes in the lower surface.

6. Return to the Repair Flow Chart (Shown at the beginning of this bulletin) for the next applicable step.
