VDC OFF Indicator lamp Does Not Illuminate

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. CHECK VDC OFF INDICATOR LAMP
Disconnect ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) connector E125. Do the ABS warning lamp and VDC OFF indicator lamp illuminate?
YES >> Replace ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit).
NO >> Replace combination meter.
