Diagnosis Procedure

DOOR REQUEST SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK DOOR REQUEST SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect outside handle assembly (passenger side) connector.
3.Check voltage between outside handle assembly (passenger side) harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- GO TO 3.

2. CHECK DOOR REQUEST SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT

Check continuity between outside handle assembly (passenger side) harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace harness.

3. CHECK DOOR REQUEST SWITCH CIRCUIT

1.Disconnect Intelligent Key unit connector.
2.Check continuity between Intelligent Key unit harness connector and outside handle assembly (passenger side) harness connector.





3.Check continuity between Intelligent Key unit harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace Intelligent Key unit. Removal And Installation.
NO- Repair or replace harness.

4. CHECK DOOR REQUEST SWITCH

Check outside handle assembly (passenger side).
Component Inspection.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 5.
NO- Replace outside handle (passenger side). With Intelligent Key System.

5. CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

Intermittent Incident.
- INSPECTION END
