Delayed Harsh Upshift

Before diagnosing 2-3 shift problems, check transmission fluid level and adjust TV cable and manual linkage as required.

1. High oil pressure. Check in neutral at minimum TV
2. Direct clutch accumulator exhaust hole plugged or not drilled.
3. Direct clutch exhaust valve check ball No. 1 missing, mislocated or leaking.
4. Valve body throttle valve and plunger binding.
5. TV shift valve binding.
