Remote Activation Verification (RAV) Customization

Remote Activation Verification Customization Table:

IMPORTANT: If the ignition switch is turned to OFF" or the driver's door is opened while the Body Control Module (BCM) is in any customization procedure. the customization procedure will be terminated and the BCM will remain in the most recent mode.

1. Remove the "MALL PGM" fuse from the fuse panel.
2. Close all of the vehicle doors and liftgate.
3. Turn the ignition to "ACC". The seat belt telltale flashes and the chime bongs one to four times to indicate that the BCM is in a feature customization mode.
4. Press the transmitter "LOCK" button. The seat belt telltale flashes and the chime will bong one or two times to indicate which remote unlock control mode the BCM is in. Each time the transmitter LOCK" button is pressed the mode number will advance. A transition past mode four will repeat starting again at mode one.
5. To exit and save the current customization. turn the ignition to OFF" and replace the "MALL PGM" fuse back into the fuse panel. If you desire to customize other features, customize them before reinstalling the "MALL PGM " fuse into the fuse panel.
