Displaying and Reading Diagnostic Trouble Codes

1. With ignition OFF, attach Scan Tool to the Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Turn the ignition switch to the "RUN" position, engine OFF.
3. Follow the Scan Tool prompts. For more information refer to the Scan Tool's operator's manual.

NOTE: Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)s can be read through the use of a scan tool only. There are no provisions for Flash Code diagnostics.
