Return Pipe Replacement

REMOVAL
Remove or disconnect the following:
1. Drive belt.

CAUTION: Siphon power steering fluid from reservoir before disconnecting lines to avoid spilling fluid on secondary timing belt cover. Use shop rags when disconnecting lines to insure any remaining fluid does NOT contact secondary timing belt cover. Power steering fluid can damage the secondary timing belt.

2. Power steering line clamp at front cover.
3. Power steering return pipe from reservoir hose.
4. Power steering high pressure pipe from pump.
5. Raise vehicle and suitably support.
6. Right front wheel and tire.
7. Right side engine splash shield.
8. Right tie rod from steering knuckle.
9. Return hose clamp and hose from return pipe.
10. Lower vehicle.
11. Return pipe from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
Install or connect the following:
1. Pipe in position.
2. Raise vehicle.
3. Return hose and clamp to pipe.
4. Right tie rod.
5. Right side engine splash shield.
6. Right front wheel and tire.
7. Lower vehicle.
8. Return pipe to reservoir hose, tighten clamp.
9. High pressure pipe to pump.
10. Power steering lines clamp to front cover.
11. Drive belt.
12. Fill system.
^ Bleed power steering system.
^ Inspect for leaks.
