Oil Pressure High or Low
1. Throttle valve cable misadjusted, binding, unhooked, broken, or wrong link.2. Damaged or leaking throttle valve assembly.
a. Throttle lever and bracket assembly binding, unhooked or improperly positioned.
b. Binding throttle valve or plunger valve.
3. Pressure regulator valve binding.
4. Throttle valve boost valve
a. Valve binding.
b. Wrong valve (causing low oil pressure only)
5. Reverse boost valve binding.
6. Manual valve unhooked or improperly positioned.
7. Pressure relief valve ball missing or spring damaged.
8. Pump.
a. Slide stuck
b. Slide seal damaged or missing.
c. Decrease air bleed orifice missing or damaged causing high oil pressure.
d. Decrease air bleed orifice plugged causing low oil pressure.
9. Throttle valve limit valve binding.
10. Line bias valve binding in open position causing high oil pressure
11. Line bias valve binding in closed position causing low oil pressure.
12. Incorrect orifices or passages in control valve assembly spacer plate or case.
