Lubricate
    Steering and Suspension
      Lubricate all grease fittings in suspension and steering linkage. Lubricate transmission shift linkage, hood latch, hood and door hinges, parking brake cable guides, underbody contact points and linkage.
Check
    Ignition Timing
      Adjust engine timing to specification on underhood label.
Inspect
    Vacuum Harness HVAC
      Inspect hoses for proper hookup, cracks, chafing, and decay. Correct as necessary. Cars equipped with a carburetor, verify choke and vacuum break work properly. Inspect Thermostatically controlled air cleaner for proper operation.
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve
      Inspect valve for proper function. Replace valve if necessary as well as any worn, plugged or collasped hoses.

    Fuel Tank
    Fuel Supply Line
    Fuel Filler Cap
    Exhaust Gas Recirculation
    Drive Belt
Replace
    Spark Plug
    Fluid Filter - A/T
    Fluid - A/T
      Change automatic transmission fluid and filter every 15,000 miles if the vehicle is mainly driven under one of more of these conditions: In heavy traffic where the outside temperature regularly reaches 90 degrees F (32 degree C) or higher. In hilly or mountainous terrain. When doing frequent trailer towing. Uses such as found in taxi, police car or delivery service. If the vehicle is not used under any of these conditions, replace the fluid and filter at 100,000 mile intervals.

      Drain, flush and refill system with new coolant.

    Wheel Bearing
      Clean and repack front wheel bearings at each brake relining or every 15,000 miles, whichever comes first, when the vehicle is used in such service as door-to-door delivery. If vehicle is not used in such service, clean and repack bearings at each brake relining or 30,000 miles, whichever comes first.
