Pressure Regulator Assembly

Inspection & Installation

1. Inspect pressure regulator valve and bushing for nicks or damage. Check valve for free movement in bushing.

2. Check pressure regulator spring for distortion.

3. Install pressure regulator bushing, spring and bushing spacer into case.

4. Inspect reverse boost valve and bushing for nicks or damage. Check valve for free movement bushing.

5. Install reverse boost valve, small end first into bushing, then insert bushing into case.

6. Inspect MTV boost valve and bushing for nicks or damage. Check valve for free movement in bushing.

7. Install MTV boost valve into bushing, then insert bushing into case.

8. Install pressure regulator valve assembly snap ring into case.
