THM125C Auto Transaxle

1. Install the 5 check balls in locations shown, see image.





2. Install one control valve pump body gasket, then install spacer plate, see image.





3. Install one control valve pump body gasket, then install 1 check ball, see image.

4. Inspect pump shaft splines and journals for excessive wear, then install pump shaft, see image above step 3.

5. Install two 6 mm guide pins, then install control valve pump assembly.











6. Coat bolt F with thread sealant and install all control valve pump assembly bolts and the pipe retainer. Torque bolts to specifications, see first image, and connect converter clutch wiring harness as shown in second and third image.

7. Inspect throttle lever and bracket assembly for damage, then install throttle lever link to T.V. bracket.





8. Install T.V. bracket on valve body, see image, then remove guide pins, install remaining bolts and torque to specifications.

9. Inspect valve body cover for damage, then install new valve body cover gasket.

10. Install valve body cover and retaining screws and torque to specifications.

11. Rotate transaxle with oil pan side up.
