REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Discharge A/C system.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Hoist vehicle.
4. Heater hoses at core.
5. Drain tube.
6. Refrigerant lines.
7. Lower vehicle.
8. Sound insulators.
9. Lower heating duct and hoses.
10. Heater core covers (2).
11. Heater core.
12. Evaporator cover.
13. Evaporator core.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Evaporator core.

NOTE: If no signs of excessive leakage are found add 59.1 ml (2 fl oz) of compatible refrigerant oil.

2. Evaporator cover.
3. Heater core.
4. Heater core covers.
5. Heating duct and hoses.
6. Sound insulators.
7. Hoist vehicle.
8. Refrigerant lines.
9. Drain tube.
10. Heater hoses at core.
11. Lower vehicle.
12. Refill cooling system. Evacuate and recharge A/C system (charge system with 1.02 kg (2.25 lbs.) of R12.
