1. Governor damaged (see "No 1-2 Shift").2. Accumulator cover oil hole blocked.
3. Leaking drive sprocket support oil pipe.
4. 2-3 shift binding or sticking.
5. Control valve assembly bolts improperly torqued.
6. Leaking or improperly positioned check balls: Third/Lo, 2-3 accumulator exhaust, check ball 5.
7. Sticking 2-3 accumulator valve.
8. Leaking 1-2 servo release oil pipe.
9. Improperly installed channel plate gasket.
10. locked oil passage to driven sprocket support.
11. Damaged inquiry housing and shaft seals or blocked oil passages.
12. Damaged third clutch assembly.
13. Damaged third clutch piston check ball.
14. Damaged third roller clutch assembly.
15. Third roller clutch improperly assembled on input sun gear shaft.
