This bulletin is to revise the tool number for the harmonic balancer puller on page 6E3-C4-8 in DRIVEABILITY AND EMISSIONS (SECTION 6E3) in the 1991 Oldsmobile 3800 (VIN L) "C" car service manuals.

The tool number for the balancer puller is J 38197.

This puller will work on all 1991 3300 and 3800 engines with pressed-on balancers.
