Shift Shaft

1. Install reverse shift lever (153), then the shift lever (147).

2. Install 1-2 bias spring (156).

3. Assemble pins (154) and rollers (152) onto shift shaft (155) and retain using petroleum jelly.

4. Install shift shaft assembly (A) by tapping with plastic hammer and aligning hole in shaft (155) with hole in shift lever (157).

5. Install new pin (158) so it is even with shift lever surface (157).
