PARTS INFORMATION

To ensure that the parts your dealership may require are obtained as soon as possible, order them from GM Service Parts Operations (GMSPO) on a C.I.O. order, with NO special instruction code, but order on an advise code (2). Use the following part numbers:

WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION

Submit claims using only one of the labor-ops below for each vehicle:

ADD TIMES:

.6 hour for Cutlass Supreme wheel alignment-check and/or adjust.

.1 hour for vehicles with locking wheels or locking wheel covers.


* .1 hour for clerical administration may be applied for in the Straight Time (ST) column.


Parts Allowance: Current dealer price, plus 30% allowance for handling. The cost of fluid (up to 7.6L, 8.0 quarts) may be applied for in the usual manner.


If necessary on SOLD VEHICLES only, for customer satisfaction, transaxies may be ordered "V.I.P."; then include the additional charges under the sublet column.
