Disassemble

1. Remove snap ring (617) from clutch housing.

2. Remove backing plate (634), steel waved plate (625), steel and composition clutch plates (633).

3. Remove steel waved plate (625), then using an arbor press or clutch pack compressor tool No. J23456 or equivalent, remove snap ring (632).

4. Remove retainer and spring assembly (631) and guide (630), then remove piston (629), insert (628) and piston seals (626 and 627).
