ECM Data Line

1. If all components are not accessible with a scan tool, check for an open in the ORN (461) wire between ALDL connector, terminal M and S144.
2. If a single component is not accessible with a scan tool, check for an open in the ORN (461) wire between S144 and the component. If the wire is OK, refer to Electronic Control Module diagnosis, ABS diagnosis and Heater and A/C Control Assembly diagnosis.

E&C Data Line

1. If all components are not accessible with a scan tool, check for an open in the DK GRN (835) wire between ALDL connector, terminal J and S225.
2. If a single component is not accessible with a scan tool, check for an open in the DK GRN (835) wire between S225 and the component. If the wire is OK, refer to STEERING CONTROL section for Redundant Steering Controls diagnosis.
