Chart 5 Improper Air Delivery

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION:
The BCM will direct the blended air in one of several air delivery modes. While the side window outlets receive air flow during all modes of operation, the other outlets are directed air be commanding the programmer to energize specific vacuum valves feeding the appropriate combination of mode valve actuators. The BCM determines the proper air delivery mode based upon the current program number and control panel setting.

TEST DESCRIPTION:
Number(s) below refer to circled number(s) on the diagnostic chart.
1. Verifies commanded door position so actual air delivery can be checked.
2. Checks to see if fault is due to vacuum source or distribution of vacuum.
3. Checks to see if fault is due to circuit leaks, stuck doors or faulty programmer.
