Headlamp Control Module: Testing and Inspection

Do the Headlight Door Module Test if the Headlight Doors do not operate properly.


HEADLIGHT DOOR MODULE TEST:

1. Disconnect connector C2 from the Headlight Door Module.

2. If Headlight Doors are stuck in the open position, manually close Headlight Doors.

3. Using fused jumpers, jumper ground to terminal D (DK GRN/WHT) and battery voltage to terminal C (GRY). Do the Headlight Doors open?

^ If the Headlight Doors open, go to Table 1.
^ If the Headlight Doors do not open, check the wiring to the Headlight Doors Motor. If OK, replace Headlight Doors Motor.
