Intermittent Problems
Most intermittents are caused by faulty connections or wiring, if an intermittent condition is suspected, check the following:
1. Poor mating of connector halves and/or terminals not fully seated in connector body.
2. Dirt or corrosion on terminals.
3. Improperly formed or damaged terminals.
4. Poor terminal to wire connection such as poor crimps, solder joints or crimping over wire insulation.
5. Wire insulation rubbed through causing short as wire touches other components.
6. Wire broken inside of insulation, this condition may show continuity.
