No Engine Braking In Manual 2ND or LO

1. 2-1 manual band has burned or fiber material is glazed.

2. Apply pin is not engaging 2-1 manual band.

3. Seals are cut or damaged.

4. Missing filter, allowing foreign material to damage seal and bore.

5. Gaskets are damaged.

6. Bolts are not tightened to specifications.
