Cooling System: Service and Repair

1. Fill cooling system and leave radiator cap off.
2. Turn A/C-heater control to any A/C mode and set temperature to the highest setting.
3. Start engine and allow engine to idle until bottom radiator hose is hot.
4. Cycle engine speed up to 3000 RPM and back to idle five times. This should expel any trapped air in the system.
5. Refill radiator and install pressure cap.
6. Allow engine to return to outside temperature, then fill coolant reservoir to FULL COLD mark.
