Fig 14. Radio Removal:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove steering column opening filler panel, then right side sound insulator panel.
3. Remove accessory trim panel, then loosen the two retaining nuts at bottom of the radio, Fig. 18.
4. Remove the two screws attaching radio bracket to I/P lower trim pod assembly.
5. Remove antenna lead-in cable from radio.
6. Disconnect the I/P electrical harness connectors from radio, then remove radio.
