REAR HUB/BEARING

HUB & BEARING REPLACE

1. Raise and support vehicle.

2. Remove wheel assembly and brake drum. Do Not Hammer On Brake Drums as damage to the bearing could result.

3. On 1992-93 models, disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector.

4. On all models remove hub and bearing assembly from axle. The bolts that attache the hub and bearing assembly also support the brake assembly. Before removing these bolts, support the brake assembly with a wire. Do not let brake line support the brake assembly.

5. Reverse procedure to install, torque bolts to specifications.
