CIRCUIT OPERATION
The PCM provides the EBTCM information on engine torque output via a high speed pulse width modulated (PWM) signal on circuit 464. This information is provided so the EBTCM can determine if engine torque management is required during a wheel slip condition.

FAILURE CONDITIONS
If the EBTCM determines there is a signal/circuit malfunction in circuit 464, the "TRACTION OFF" telltale will be illuminated and DTC 77 will set.
