Clearing Trouble Codes

To clear code diagnostic trouble codes, the PCM/ECM power feed must be disconnected for at least 30 seconds. Depending how vehicle is equipped, the power feed can be disconnected at the PCM/ECM fuse in the fuse box, the inline fuse holder at the battery, or the positive battery terminal pigtail connector.
