Glass Height (Rotational) Adjustment
DOOR WINDOW ADJUSTMENT - FRONT DOORDoor Window Adjustment:
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Trim panel and water deflector. Refer to "Door Trim Panel" and "Water Deflector".
ADJUST
2. Adjust door if required.
IMPORTANT: Do not readjust door after glass adjustment.
GLASS HEIGHT (ROTATIONAL) ADJUSTMENT
Door Window Adjustment:
1. Mark up stop positions. Refer to Figure A. Note glass height SECTIONS B-C.
2. Lower glass from full up positions, relieving pressure on upstops.

Door Window Adjustment:
3. Adjust glass height adjust(s), refer to image, to achieve dimensions shown in SECTION B-C.
a. Adjustment can be checked by applying masking tape over the top edge of the glass, and marking with a pen along the molding with the glass at full up position. Ensure adequate power is supplied to the window motor, putting the system in maximum compression.
4. Lower and raise glass, repeat steps 2 and 3 as required.
5. Close door with window fully raised, noting whether the glass rubs, or is very close to rubbing the roof rail molding.
