Glass Height (Rotational) Adjustment

DOOR WINDOW ADJUSTMENT - REAR DOOR

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Remove trim panel and water deflector. Refer to "Door Trim Panel" and "Water Deflector".
2. Adjust door if required.

IMPORTANT: Do not readjust door after glass adjustment.

GLASS HEIGHT (ROTATIONAL) ADJUSTMENT
1. Mark up stop position. Refer to image, Note glass height Sections C.
2. Lower glass from full up position, relieving pressure on upstops.

ADJUST
3. Adjust glass height adjuster(s) to achieve dimensions shown in Section C.

NOTICE: This may he checked by applying masking tape over the top edge of the glass, and marking with a pen along the molding with glass at full up position. Ensure adequate power is supplied to the window motor, putting the system in maximum compression.

4. Lower and raise glass, Repeat steps 2 and 3 as required.
5. Close door with window fully raised, noting whether the glass rubs, or is very close to rubbing on the roof rail molding.

NOTICE: This may be checked by putting masking tape around the edge of the molding or glass noting areas that may rub. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as required.
