PASS-Key II SYSTEM
The Personal Automotive Security System (PASS-Key II) is standard equipment on this vehicle. The system is designed to prevent vehicle theft by disabling the engine unless a key with a specific electrical resistance is used in the steering column ignition switch. The system components are the ignition key, the ignition cylinder, the theft deterrent module, the theft deterrent relay, and the Engine Control Module (ECM).
