Cruise Control Servo Cable: Service and Repair

Fig. 36 Cruise Control Cable Removal/Routing:

1. Disconnect cruise control cable from throttle lever by removing retainer.
2. Remove retainer at servo blade.
3. Disconnect cable from servo bracket by releasing lock tangs, Fig. 36.
4. Remove cable.
5. Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
a. Conduit fittings at both ends must have locking tangs expanded and locked in attaching holes.
