Ignition Coil: Service and Repair
Ignition Control (IC) Module W/ Coils:
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT 1.
Spark plug wires for corresponding
ignition coils at Ignition Control
(IC) module assembly.
2.
Ignition coil retaining bolts (2 per coil).
3.
Ignition coil(s) from IC module assembly.
INSTALL OR CONNECT 1.
Ignition coil(s) to IC module assembly.
Tighten Bolts to
3.5 Nm (30 lb in.). 2.
Spark plug wires at IC module assembly.
