PROGRAMMER REPLACEMENT FOR AUTOMATIC A/C (CJ2)

Programmer Assembly:






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

-Disable Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system, Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming

1. Instrument Panel (I/P) compartment, disengage stops and swing down.

2. Electrical and vacuum connectors.

3. Driver temperature valve link rod.

4. Screws and programmer from vehicle.


INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Screws after positioning programmer.

^ Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb. in.).

2. Electrical and vacuum connectors.

3. Driver temperature valve link rod.

^ Adjust Temperature Rod after installation, Refer to Temperature Valve Link Temperature Adjustment. Adjustments

4. I/P compartment insert by pushing forward.

-Enable SIR system, Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming
